HEAD OF LOGISTICS


As Head of Logistics, Jo oversees all operational and logistical aspects relating to travel and event coordination for a range of artists including Groove Armada and Special Force Agency, Tristan da Cunha, Dungeon Meat, Brawther, Freakenstein, Juan Atkins, Cybotron, Phone Traxxx, Alec Falconer, Ron Obvious, Ralph Lawson and Keefy G.

This includes booking flights, accommodation, and ground transport, creating detailed itineraries, and ensuring smooth, timely travel arrangements. Jo works closely with artists, management teams and promoters to align logistics with tour schedules, optimise time management and resolve any issues that may arise on the road. Her role demands precision, adaptability, and excellent communication skills to support successful performances and seamless touring experiences: Jo’s one of – if not the – best in the business. Just ask her artists.

EVENTS MANAGER @ DROP THE ANCHOR


As Events Manager at our local brewery, Drop the Anchor, Jo is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse calendar of live music events which enhance the taproom experience and build community engagement. 

Jo also collaborates with marketing to promote events across social media and local channels, while continuously fostering relationships with local artists and production vendors.

TOUR MANAGER - GROOVE ARMADA

Jamie’s 30 year relationship with Groove Armada means that he’s often described as their third member - overseeing and coordinating every aspect of their touring logistics, ensuring that their shows run smoothly from city to city. 

This involves a mix of high-level planning and hands-on problem-solving, covering everything from Tour Planning & Scheduling, Advancing Shows, Production Coordination, Travel & Accommodation, On-Tour Operations, Budget & Accounting. 

Jamie brings his expertise to liaise closely with the venues & promoters to ensure the show's production values meet GA’s high expectations.

PRODUCTION MANAGER @ DROP THE ANCHOR

 

Jamie is passionate about supporting new talent and creating the kind of environment where artists feel looked after and free to do their best work. By putting the right infrastructure in place and drawing on years of real-world touring experience, he helps make Drop The Anchor a welcoming, professional space for bands and DJs to grow, perform, and connect.

On show days, Jamie works closely with artists and crew, managing load-ins, soundchecks, and live operations, and sorting any issues as they arise. He’s the link between creative ideas and practical delivery, making sure every event at Drop The Anchor runs smoothly.
